Chess Projects would like to thank everyone for their interest and the numerous requests for information received, and confirms that the “15th Salento International Chess Open 2026” event will take place as usual.

The tournament will take place in Gallipoli (Le) from 23rd to 29th May 2026 with a prize fund of € 5,000 and will be divided into three different tournaments: Master, Main and Senior.

The official website is currently under construction and will be ready shortly.

The hotels involved and affiliated with advantageous rates are the Ecoresort Le Sirenè, the Joli Park Hotel and the Grand Hotel Costa Brada.
