We inform the registered players that the CF has started the revision n. 9 of the Protocol which will presumably be published by next 6 August to implement the recently approved national regulations. Pending the adoption of the innovated Protocol, the following clarifications are provided relating to two points of the current edition:
1) The reference to playing times of 90 minutes maximum for the third round in a day is to be understood as “90 minutes per player per round”
2) The time between one turn and the next for the sanitization of the chessboards and the aeration of the playing venue is at least 30 minutes.
The two clarifications will find this correct wording in the ongoing review.
